Professional component overhauls

Here at Clarity^® Digital (Argyll) we pride ourselves on our refurbishment programme of copiers, where we are very selective, and source only low mileage, clean, well presented equipment, with a full service history. Generally speaking machines selected for refurbishment are 1-3 years old from insolvencies or ex-lease equipment. All refurbished copiers and printers are meticulously stripped, cleaned by our highly manufacturer trained engineers and any critical worn components replaced with approved manufacturer parts and consumables.

From an engineering perspective Multi-Functional digital copiers and printers with today's technology are far more reliable, they run cleaner and with advanced design innovations and extended consumables life periods, require less frequent servicing. Some customers may be sceptical regarding purchasing a used copier, but there are no reasons why a used refurbished Multi-Functional copier should not perform equally to that of a new machine providing all servicing, consumables, and components showing critical signs of wear have been replaced. Often refurbished copiers are fitted with numerous extras, such as mini sorters, staplers and various other attachments which can be included if specified by the perspective customer.

Assurance and Customer Satisfaction

Here at Clarity^® Digital (Argyll) we are so confident of our refurbishment program of Multi-Functional Copier Printers, any component malfunction or manufacturing defect is covered by our replacement guarantee under the terms of a Service Contract.

As part of setting up and installing your equipment, a Service Contract for full ongoing servicing and maintenance will be offered for all purchased, leased or refurbished office equipment. Should any purchased or rented copier not perform to an expected satisfactory level of reliability we will provide a replacement copier or printer.
