At Clarity® Digital (Argyll) we understand the importance of being able to communicate with your clients and business partners at all times. Consequently we strive to ensure that any equipment malfunctions are minimal.
In the unlikely event that a problem occurs, we will endeavour to make every effort to resolve it as quickly as possible, whether or not covered by a Clarity® service contract.
Any service fault or error message displayed on the equipment may be reported either by the contact form on this website, or by telephone, where one of our fully trained technical advisors or engineers may be able to offer telephone or online remote support, with your assistance.

Training
Key Operator Training
At Clarity® Digital (Argyll) we offer training, tuition to designated key operators. Instruction to install new toner cartridges, replace waste toner receptacles, refill and re-install staple cartridges.
We will also provide the key operator with additional information of general machine message alerts, maintenance of the equipment, cleaning of scan glass and top glass and other useful tips to assist with smooth operation of the equipment.
Operator Training
Clarity® Digital (Argyll) will also provide operator training of all functions of the equipment, demonstrating copying, scanning, printing, faxing and finishing staple sort options when installed.

We will collect and correctly dispose of your equipment, saving your company the aggravation of ensuring it is correctly disposed of, avoiding costly land fill sites and creating a greener planet.
Collection and Disposal
Most digital copiers have a hard drive installed somewhere in the copier. Hard drives can contain information, files, email addresses, images, documents, personal information, saved to the hard drive.
It is of the utmost importance for security purposes that this information be deleted from the hard drive. At Clarity® Digital (Argyll) we can arrange this service of re-formatting the hard drive and deleting all information stored.
Our service personnel are able to perform a collection or remove any old copiers, printers, non-functional equipment at your convenience for disposal with the least amount of fuss or disruption to your office or staff.
